June 18,
Christie Vineyards "Full Moon Dinner" - Winemaker For A Day.,
Christie Estate Winery & Vineyards is pleased to announce a
unique ongoing program of Wine Events that are perfect for
corporate team building. Held at Christie Vineyard's beautiful
location just outside Healdsburg, California in the heart of
Sonoma County Wine Country, the Winemaker For A Day Event will
be one for you to savor. During your experience, you and your
group will: Tour our vineyard with the winemaker and learn about
how good wine starts in the vines, what to look for in good
grapes and how they are nurtured, harvested, and then made into
wine. Learn the art of blending wine and how choosing the right
mix of different varietals can change the taste and character of
a wine. Split your group up into teams and perform a blind
tasting of each team's blend. Learn what to look for when
tasting a wine and how to identify key taste components and
aromas. Finally, bottle and cork your very own blend to take it
home with you! In addition to learning more about winemaking,
Wine Maker for a Day participants will also enjoy: Creating a
custom label for their blended wine bottle. Christie Vineyards
has many design templates that can be customized with text or
photos and applied to your group's wine bottles during the
event. A highly memorable wine country lunch or dinner pairing.
Matching award-winning wines with local Sonoma County food
products. A visit and presentation from one of our local product
producers. We have three packages, at $4,900.00 or $7,100.00, or
a Full Moon Dinner priced at $8,500.00. Costs for the event are
based upon a projected attendance of 36. If your group is
smaller, please contact us and we will match you with another
party, or work to accommodate your needs. To arrange for a
